Role Description The Senior Supervisor Application Developer (AI & .NET) is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo. This role oversees the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications using .NET technologies and AI-driven components, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. The Senior Supervisor leads a technical team, reviews code, sets development standards, and coordinates with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing software development cycles, integrating applications with databases and external systems, troubleshooting complex issues, and optimizing existing applications. The role also involves mentoring developers, collaborating with infrastructure and operations teams, and contributing to technical roadmaps and best practices for application development at Xceed. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Software Development and Programming, ideally with advanced experience in .NET technologies and AI/ML frameworks. Candidates should possess solid skills in Databases, including design, optimization, and integration with enterprise applications (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, or similar). Candidates should possess practical skills in Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and related front-end technologies to support user interface and user experience development. Candidates should possess expertise in Integration, including APIs, web services, and connecting applications to internal and external systems. 6+ years of experience in application development, with at least some experience in a supervisory or lead role. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience with AI concepts, data processing, and integrating AI models into production applications is highly beneficial.
