Pharmacy Manager

Saudi German Health | Asir, Saudi Arabia Saudi German Health is looking for an experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team in Asir branch. We are seeking a qualified professional with strong leadership skills, hospital pharmacy experience, and a commitment to patient safety and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations across Inpatient (IP) and Outpatient (OP) services. Manage pharmacy budgets, cost optimization, inventory control, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with CBAHI and JCI accreditation standards, policies, and regulatory requirements. Lead, supervise, and develop the pharmacy team to ensure operational excellence. Monitor pharmacy performance, KPIs, medication safety, and quality improvement initiatives. Collaborate with clinical and administrative departments to ensure efficient pharmaceutical services. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (PharmD or postgraduate qualification is an advantage). Minimum 8 years of pharmacy experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role. Proven experience managing both IP and OP pharmacy operations within a hospital setting. Strong knowledge of CBAHI and JCI standards. Demonstrated experience in pharmacy budgeting, inventory management, and daily operations. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Arabic and English.
