Parts Warehouse Storekeeper

Job Title: Parts Warehouse Storekeeper Location: Saudi Arabia Industry: Automotive Job Summary Responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, picking, and dispatching spare parts while maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities Receive and inspect incoming parts against purchase orders and delivery notes. Store, label, and organize parts in designated warehouse locations. Pick, pack, issue, and dispatch parts accurately and on time. Perform cycle counts and physical stock checks; reconcile discrepancies in SAP/WMS. Record all stock movements and maintain accurate inventory documentation. Identify slow-moving, excess, and obsolete stock. Maintain warehouse cleanliness and comply with 5S and HSE standards. Support warehouse audits and follow safety procedures. Mandatory Requirements Education: Diploma is mandatory. Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic. Availability: Must be currently located in Saudi Arabia. Experience: Warehouse, storekeeping, or spare parts experience. Technical Skills: SAP/WMS knowledge. Show more Show less
