Quality Engineer

Quality Engineer – Job Summary Key Responsibilities: Inspect raw materials and finished towels and bathrobes to ensure compliance with quality standards. Develop and implement quality control and assurance procedures. Identify root causes of defects and prevent recurrence. Coordinate with production, weaving, dyeing, finishing, and maintenance teams to resolve quality issues. Analyze quality data, monitor defect rates, reduce waste, and prepare quality reports. Support continuous improvement and compliance with customer and export requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering (Spinning and Weaving) or Applied Arts (Spinning and Weaving). Experience in textile manufacturing, dyeing, or a similar industrial environment is preferred. Knowledge of quality control tools, root cause analysis, and ISO standards. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills. Show more Show less
