Legal Affairs Analyst | UAE Nationals Only

We are seeking a Legal Affairs Analyst to join a leading government entity in Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is ideal for UAE Nationals with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience who are looking to develop their career in legal affairs, governance, compliance, and regulatory matters. Key Responsibilities Review, draft, and analyze contracts, agreements, MOUs, and legal documents. Conduct legal research and provide summaries of applicable laws, regulations, and government directives. Support the development and review of internal policies, procedures, and governance frameworks. Assist in providing legal advice and recommendations to internal stakeholders. Monitor legislative and regulatory changes and assess their impact on the organization. Prepare legal correspondence, reports, and briefing notes. Maintain legal records and ensure proper document management and confidentiality. Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on legal matters. Requirements UAE National (Family Book required). Bachelor's Degree in Law, Legal Studies, Sharia & Law, or a related field. Minimum 1 year and maximum 3 years of relevant experience in legal affairs, contracts, compliance, governance, or related areas. Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and integrity. Show more Show less
