Job Title: Off-Plan Sales Manager Industry: Real Estate Location: Dubai, UAE Department: Off-Plan Sales Reporting To: CEO We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Off-Plan Sales Manager to grow our Off-Plan department in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Dubai’s primary real estate market, established developer relationships, proven experience managing a high-performing sales team, and the ability to recruit, coach, and develop experienced agents while driving consistent revenue growth. This role requires a hands-on leader who understands project launches, developer relationships, investor behavior, lead conversion, team performance, negotiation, and the day-to-day realities of Dubai’s off-plan market. Requirements: Minimum 3+ years of experience in Dubai real estate managing or leading a real estate sales team. Proven track record of closing off-plan transactions. Strong relationships with Dubai developers and good knowledge of current and upcoming projects. Strong understanding of investor profiles, payment plans, ROI considerations, project positioning, and market trends. Demonstrated ability to recruit, retain, and develop high-performing agents.
