Position Overview: We are seeking a driven, ambitious, and results-oriented International Property Consultant to join our top team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Abu Dhabi property market, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to close high-value transactions in both primary (off-plan) and secondary markets. Key Responsibilities: Handle sales transactions across Abu Dhabi most in-demand communities. Manage and maintain an active client database, ensuring long-term relationships. Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with buyers, sellers, landlords. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters. Generate new business through networking, referrals, and company-provided leads. Stay up-to-date with Abu Dhabi’s real estate market trends, regulations, and new developments. Prepare and execute contracts, ensuring compliance with RERA regulations. Requirements: Minimum 1 years of proven international real estate experience. Valid UAE driving license and own car. Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi communities and market trends. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a competitive environment. Fluency in English (additional languages such as Russian, Arabic, French, or Chinese are a plus).
