About the Role Tawakol Technology is looking for a detail-oriented Tendering Engineer / Estimator with 3–5 years of experience in electrical MEP tendering and cost estimation. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and technical tender submissions while ensuring compliance with project specifications and submission deadlines. Key Responsibilities Review tender documents, technical specifications, drawings, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs). Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for electrical and low-current systems. Prepare and follow up on RFQs with suppliers and subcontractors. Evaluate supplier quotations and prepare technical and commercial comparison sheets. Ensure compliance with project specifications and approved vendor lists. Prepare technical proposals, compliance statements, and tender documentation. Incorporate tender addenda and revisions into quantities and pricing. Maintain organized tender records and support pricing negotiations. Requirements BSc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. 3–5 years of relevant experience in electrical MEP tendering or estimation. Strong knowledge of quantity surveying, cost estimation, electrical drawings, and BOQs. Familiarity with electrical systems, low-current systems, and MEP materials. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. Good communication and teamwork skills. Show more Show less
