Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

We're Hiring | Senior Mechanical Design Engineer - Plumbing & Firefighting ACE Moharram & Associates is looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical Design Engineer specializing in Plumbing and Firefighting systems to join its engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in designing, reviewing, and coordinating mechanical systems for building projects, with the ability to deliver accurate and high-quality engineering designs in compliance with project requirements and international standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop, design, and review plumbing and firefighting systems in accordance with project requirements and applicable codes and standards Prepare and review detailed design calculations, technical drawings, layouts, specifications, and engineering documentation Design plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and related building services Design firefighting systems based on project specifications and applicable fire protection standards Coordinate with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines to identify and resolve design clashes and technical issues Ensure the accuracy, quality, and compliance of all design deliverables Review and address technical comments from clients, consultants, and other stakeholders Support the preparation and timely submission of engineering design packages Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Relevant experience in mechanical design, particularly in Plumbing and Firefighting systems Strong experience in preparing and reviewing mechanical design drawings and technical documentation Proficiency in engineering design software, including AutoCAD and Revit MEP (RVT) Familiarity with Elite, SolidWorks, or other relevant engineering design tools Good knowledge of international engineering codes and standards, including NFPA, ASME, ASTM, API, and ISO Ability to interpret and apply local and international engineering standards and specifications Strong technical coordination, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills Benefits: Health Insurance Social Insurance If you have solid experience in Plumbing and Firefighting design and are looking for your next career opportunity, we would love to hear from you!
