JPC-6653 Position: Human Resource Operations and Methods Officer Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE We re looking for a passionate and skilled Human Resource Operations and Methods Officer to join our team! Key Responsibilities HR Governance, Policies & Procedures. Review, update, and streamline HR policies, procedures, guidelines, and HR documentation. Ensure compliance with labour laws, internal standards, and HR best practices Compensation Governance, Salary Frameworks & Career Progression. Develop and implement a structured salary range framework aligned with existing job grades and corporate compensation principles Develop HR governance principles and supporting documentation to standardize compensation-related decisions Expatriate Management. Employee Relations & HR Operations. Act as a HR focal point for employees and managers. Support employee relations matter by providing guidance, policies, and practical HR solutions Handle employee inquiries and contribute to the resolution of workplace issues in a fair and professional manner.
