Job Description Monitor daily data loads, scheduled processes, and reporting environments to ensure smooth business operations. Investigate data quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive effective resolutions. Execute SQL queries to validate data accuracy and identify discrepancies across multiple systems. Collaborate with analytics, technology, and business teams to troubleshoot and resolve reporting-related challenges. Support Power BI and enterprise reporting platforms while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The Successful Applicant 2-4 years' experience in Data Support, BI Support, Reporting Support, MIS, Application Support, or Data Analyst roles. Strong SQL or PL/SQL skills with the ability to analyse and validate large datasets. Experience investigating data-related issues and ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Understanding of databases, data flows, reporting environments, and data warehousing concepts. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
