Junior Python Developer (FastAPI)

We are looking for a motivated Fresh Graduate or Junior Python Developer (0–2 years of experience) to join our engineering team. If you have solid software engineering fundamentals, write clean code, and are eager to work on real-world document processing and backend architecture, we’d love to connect! What You’ll Do Design, build, and maintain clean, scalable RESTful APIs using FastAPI. Work with both relational and NoSQL databases to store, query, and optimize application data. Integrate application layers with processing tools (e.g., document extraction, OCR pipelines). Package and deploy services using Docker across varied deployment environments. Collaborate via Git, participate in code reviews, and communicate openly across technical tasks. Qualifications Experience: Fresh graduate up to 2 years of hands-on experience in backend development. Core Skills: Solid foundation in Python, data structures, algorithms, and OOP principles. Framework: Practical experience building asynchronous APIs with FastAPI. Databases: Hands-on knowledge of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and familiarity with NoSQL/caching solutions (e.g., Redis, MongoDB). Tools & DevOps: Proficient with Git/GitHub and containerization using Docker. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and clear written/verbal communication. Nice-to-Have (Big Plus!) Prior experience integrating OCR engines or document intelligence tools (e.g., Tesseract, PaddleOCR, or cloud vision APIs) at the application layer.
