Role Description The Odoo Automation Instructor will design and deliver remote training sessions focused on automating business processes within the Odoo ERP ecosystem. This contract role involves creating structured curricula, preparing hands-on exercises, and developing clear documentation and tutorials to support learners of varying skill levels. The instructor will lead live virtual classes, record training content, answer questions, and provide feedback to participants to ensure they can effectively implement Odoo workflows, integrations, and customizations. Day-to-day responsibilities include updating training materials based on new Odoo releases, collaborating with internal technical teams to align content with best practices, and continuously improving instructional methods to enhance learner outcomes. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP, including configuration, automation (e.g., workflows, server actions), and module customization. Experience with Python and basic web technologies (e.g., XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) used within the Odoo framework. Background in business process analysis and optimization, especially in areas such as CRM, accounting, inventory, or HR. Demonstrated skills in teaching, training, or mentoring, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, structured way. Familiarity with infrastructure, cybersecurity, or software development practices is an advantage, aligning with InstaCódigo’s core domains. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional EMEA languages are a plus. Comfort working fully remotely, with strong time management and self-organization skills. Prior experience delivering online courses or webinars and using learning platforms or collaboration tools (e.g., LMS, video conferencing).
