Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and customer-oriented Hardware Repair Specialist to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various electronic devices, ensuring high-quality service, and providing customers with a smooth and professional repair experience. Key Responsibilities Welcome customers and guide them through the repair process in a professional and friendly manner. Receive devices and prepare them for inspection, diagnosis, and repair. Diagnose device malfunctions, identify root causes, and determine the required repair solutions. Perform repairs on a variety of electronic devices in accordance with company standards and technical procedures. Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and minimize repeat issues. Meet repair turnaround times and support the achievement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Maintain a clean, safe, and organized technical workspace. Follow all operational procedures, technical guidelines, and company policies. Support daily technical operations to ensure efficiency, speed, and service quality. Job Requirements Technical education or a relevant technical background is preferred. 0 years of experience in electronics or hardware repair. Basic knowledge of electronic devices and troubleshooting techniques. Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Attention to detail and commitment to repair quality.
