Your Job Position Summary Iron Mountain’s InSight® Digital Experience Platform (DXP) is a secure, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that leverages artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to extract intelligence from unstructured content (document images, audio, video, and digital assets), automate complex workflows, and support audit-ready compliance. The Solution Architect – DXP Solutions drives both high-level solution architecture and hands-on code development for enterprise customer implementations and DXP integrations. Combining strategic architecture (25%) with active software engineering (75%), this role ensures that customer implementations are scalable, secure, and delivered to high standards of quality and performance. Key Responsibilities Architecture & Technical Design ● Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end technical solutions for new and existing Iron Mountain customer implementations on the InSight DXP platform. ● High-Level Design: Lead high-level technical design sessions and collaborate with domain leadership to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures. ● Vendor & Partner Integration: Lead technical design and integration discussions with internal engineering teams and external partner vendors. ● Agile Leadership & Delivery: Oversee end-to-end solution delivery across full SDLC lifecycles in an Agile environment. ● Engineering Mentorship: Mentor engineering squads, establishing technical best practices, optimizing development workflows, and improving time-to-market. Code Development & Implementation ● Hands-On Engineering: Actively design, develop, test, and deploy production-ready full-stack microservices and API integrations. ● Deployment Management: Ensure timely and effective solution deployments across Development, QA, and Production environments. ● Quality & Engineering Practices: Drive the adoption of Test-Driven Development (TDD), clean code principles, and robust CI/CD automation pipelines. ● System Optimization: Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve performance bottlenecks or complex technical issues, escalating critical impediments when necessary. ● Microservices & AI Integration: Ensure microservices architecture integrity, scalability, and integration with cloud infrastructure and AI/ML services. Required Qualifications & Experience ● Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline. ● Language: Arabic & English ● Experience: ○ 10+ years of hands-on software development and coding experience in enterprise applications. ○ Demonstrated track record in designing, building, and deploying microservice-based enterprise cloud architectures. ○ Experience with agile development methodologies and matrixed engineering environments. ● Core Technical Capabilities: ○ Front-End Stack: Proficient in React JS, Redux, Material UI, ReCharts, JavaScript, and modern design systems. ○ Back-End Stack: Python, Fast API, Java, Java Spring Boot, RESTful API design, and JSON/XML payloads. ○ Databases & Messaging: SQL and NoSQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Elastic) and message brokers (Apache Kafka). ○ Cloud & DevOps: AWS and GCP cloud environments, Docker containers, Kubernetes (Container-as-a-Service), GitLab/Git/Bitbucket, and Jenkins CI/CD. ○ Enterprise Domain Knowledge: Understanding of Machine Learning (ML) and AI techniques, Content Service Platforms (CSP), and Electronic Content Management (ECM) systems.
