Tendering Team Leader

Develop and implement tendering strategies, policies, and procedures. Present findings and updates to senior management. Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to the tendering team. Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor the progress of tendering activities. Analyze tender documents, client requirements, and market trends to develop winning bid strategies. Collaborate with relevant departments (Procurement, operations, finance) to gather inputs and align bid approaches. Lead the preparation and coordination of tender submissions. Attend client meetings, negotiations, and presentations as necessary. Collaborate with legal and technical teams to ensure risk mitigation measures are incorporated into proposals. Prepare regular reports on tendering activities, including analysis of results, lessons learned, and recommendations for improvement.
