As the exclusive partner of Asics, we are looking for experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our Asics team at City Mall. Key Responsibilities Achieve daily and monthly sales targets while contributing to overall store performance. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in selecting suitable clothing, footwear, and accessories based on their needs and preferences. Maintain strong knowledge of products, including sizes, materials, features, and current collections. Actively promote products, special offers, and new arrivals to maximize sales opportunities. Build positive customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and customer loyalty. Ensure merchandise is properly displayed, organized, and replenished according to visual merchandising standards. Support daily store operations, including POS transactions, stock receiving, inventory control, and stock transfers. Assist customers with fitting, sizing, exchanges, and returns in accordance with company policies. Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation standards. Work closely with the store team to achieve sales targets and maintain smooth daily operations. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in clothing, sportswear, footwear, or fashion. Good knowledge of clothing, sportswear, and footwear products, including sizing, materials, and product features. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Good sales and upselling skills, with the ability to achieve individual and store sales targets. Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. Good understanding of retail sales KPIs and performance targets. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong attention to detail. Familiarity with POS systems and basic store operations is an advantage. Good command of Arabic and English.
