This is an exciting opportunity to join a landmark development and play a key role in shaping the operational strategy, service delivery and long-term performance of a major new destination. Key areas of focus include: City Management City operations, public realm and community services Urban services, infrastructure coordination and stakeholder management Service delivery, operational standards and performance management Mobilisation and transition into live operations Facilities Management Hard and soft FM operations Asset management, maintenance strategies and lifecycle planning FM service providers, contracts, budgets and KPIs Mobilisation, operational readiness and service excellence Who we’re looking for: Saudi nationals with relevant experience in city management, facilities management or large-scale developments. Experience within major real estate developments, master-planned communities, destinations or hospitality environments. Strong stakeholder management, commercial awareness and operational leadership. A track record of delivering high standards of service, efficiency and customer experience.
