Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

We are looking for a licensed CPA to join our finance team in Dubai. This is an on-site role for someone with solid UAE accounting and tax experience who can own the month-end close and work independently. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, and financial analyses Maintain complete and accurate accounting records Manage UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance and filings Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Coordinate with external auditors and provide required financial documentation Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, and financial controls Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and UAE regulations Manage and maintain accounting processes within Odoo ERP Work with ERP systems to ensure accurate financial data, reporting, and controls Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls Provide financial insights and recommendations to management Mandatory Requirements Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in the UAE Currently based in Dubai Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Strong experience with ERP systems and accounting software Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting Proven experience with UAE accounting and regulatory requirements Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Show more Show less
