Category Manager - Home

Do you know the UAE Home category inside out? Are you ready to own it end to end? At Jumbo Group, we’re looking for a Category Manager – Home to shape and grow our Home product portfolio, from strategy and brand partnerships to pricing, planning and go-to-market. What you’ll do 🔹 Build and deliver the annual category business plan, driving revenue, profitability and market share 🔹 Manage principal and brand relationships, including negotiations on pricing, margins, rebates and marketing support 🔹 Identify new brands, segments and growth opportunities to expand the portfolio 🔹 Own pricing, margin architecture and promotions across GT, MT, e-commerce and institutional channels 🔹 Partner with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain on demand planning, inventory health, launches and activations 🔹 Track market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve What we’re looking for ✅ 5+ years of experience in category or vendor management, ideally in the Home vertical ✅ Strong knowledge of the UAE Home products market and distribution business ✅ Graduate or MBA, and sharp with MS Excel ✅ A self-driven, dependable professional who takes ownership and acts proactively Why Jumbo?
