Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Broker role located in New Cairo. The Real Estate Broker will guide clients through the buying, selling, and investing process by conducting property viewings, preparing and presenting listings, and advising on market conditions and pricing. The role includes negotiating offers and contracts, coordinating with legal and financial stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with relevant real estate regulations. The broker will maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication, follow-up, and after-sale support. Daily activities also involve prospecting for new leads, building a referral network, and contributing to JUSQ Estate’s reputation for trust and professionalism. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Brokerage and Real Estate, with a solid understanding of local market dynamics. Strong Customer Service and Sales skills to support client needs and achieve performance targets. Knowledge of Real Property principles, contracts, and transaction procedures. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work on-site in New Cairo, manage multiple clients, and handle time-sensitive tasks. Relevant real estate license or certification, and prior experience as a broker or agent is highly beneficial. Proficiency with digital tools for listing management, CRM systems, and property marketing is a plus. Show more Show less
