Role Description This full-time, on-site Life Insurance Agent role is based in Cairo, Egypt. The Life Insurance Agent will engage with individual and business clients to understand their financial protection needs and recommend appropriate life insurance solutions. Daily activities include prospecting and building a client portfolio, conducting needs assessments, presenting policy options, and explaining coverage, benefits, and terms in a clear and compliant manner. The role involves managing the end-to-end sales process, preparing proposals, completing applications, coordinating with underwriting teams, and ensuring timely policy issuance. The Life Insurance Agent will also support clients with ongoing service needs, such as policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims assistance, while meeting sales targets and adhering to Chubb’s ethical and regulatory standards. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage, with the ability to develop and maintain a quality client base. Knowledge of Insurance products and concepts, including life insurance coverage options and risk management principles. Foundational Finance skills to assess client needs, interpret financial information, and align solutions with long-term goals. Strong Customer Service capabilities, including clear communication, active listening, and relationship-building across diverse client groups. Prior experience in life insurance or financial services is highly beneficial, particularly in a sales or advisory capacity. Ability to work in a structured, target-driven environment while maintaining high ethical and compliance standards. Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an asset for client communication in Cairo.
