We’re Hiring | Last Mile Manager We are looking for an experienced Last Mile Manager to lead and optimize our last-mile delivery operations, ensuring high service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee daily last-mile delivery operations. Lead delivery teams, drivers, and third-party delivery partners. Ensure on-time delivery and achieve agreed service-level targets. Monitor delivery KPIs, productivity, cost, and operational performance. Optimize delivery routes and workforce allocation. Handle operational issues, delays, complaints, and escalations. Develop and implement processes to improve delivery efficiency and reduce costs. Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, Warehousing, and other relevant departments. Analyze operational data and prepare regular performance reports. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in last-mile delivery, logistics, courier, or e-commerce operations. Proven experience managing delivery teams and field operations. Strong knowledge of last-mile operations and delivery KPIs. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong analytical and communication skills. Good command of English.
