Role Description The Primary & Resale Agent (District 5) is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo. The agent will handle client inquiries, schedule and conduct property viewings, and provide detailed information on primary (new) and resale properties within District 5. Daily responsibilities include maintaining updated property listings, following up with leads, advising clients on market trends and pricing, and preparing basic documentation related to offers and sales. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate property data, supporting clients throughout the transaction process, and representing EgyProperty’s values of safety, transparency, and service quality. Qualifications Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship skills, with the ability to build trust and close deals. Knowledge of the New Cairo real estate market, especially District 5, and ability to provide informed property guidance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with professional presentation and active listening abilities. Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple viewings, follow-ups, and property listings efficiently. Comfort with using basic digital tools and CRM systems to manage leads, records, and property information. Previous experience in real estate sales or related customer-facing roles is highly beneficial. Ability to work on-site full time in New Cairo and travel within District 5 as needed. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory. Show more Show less
