Associate Director – Oracle Fusion Location: UAE Employment Type: Full-Time Seniority: Associate Director Department: Technology Consulting – Oracle Fusion & Cloud Transformation Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Associate Director – Oracle Fusion to join an expanding Technology Consulting practice, leading Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation programmes while supporting the growth of its Oracle and AI consulting proposition across the GCC. This is a senior, client-facing leadership position combining Oracle Fusion Cloud programme delivery and PMO leadership with business development, go-to-market strategy, solutioning and commercial proposal development. The successful candidate will bring 10–12 years of experience across technology consulting or enterprise IT, with a strong track record of managing complex Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations and engaging senior client stakeholders. Approximately 50% of the role will focus on delivery leadership across Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation, PMO, quality assurance and emerging Fusion Agentic AI Studio initiatives, with the remaining 50% dedicated to GTM activities, proposal generation and supporting new business opportunities. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential. Key Responsibilities Lead PMO activities across Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation programmes, overseeing scope, budgets, delivery plans, risks, issues and dependencies. Own programme governance, including steering committees, stakeholder meetings, RAID logs, decision registers and change control. Work closely with senior client stakeholders across business and technology functions to define project scope, delivery roadmaps and implementation strategies. Collaborate with solution architects and functional leads to translate business requirements into structured delivery plans, milestones and resource strategies. Lead client-facing workshops, executive presentations and programme updates in both Arabic and English. Oversee project quality, documentation, testing governance, sign-offs, cutover and hypercare planning. Provide strategic input into Oracle Fusion Cloud solutioning, ensuring proposed solutions align with client requirements, delivery objectives and business value. Drive go-to-market activities for Oracle and AI consulting services, supporting pipeline development and account growth. Lead the development of RFP responses, commercial proposals, Statements of Work (SoWs), project approaches and resource/effort estimates. Coordinate client demonstrations, proof of concepts (POCs) and solution presentations alongside technical and sales teams. Support sales pipeline reviews, account planning and new business development opportunities across the GCC. Identify delivery risks and implement pragmatic mitigation strategies to ensure successful programme outcomes. Mentor and develop junior consultants, establishing strong standards across project management, client engagement and delivery governance. Key Requirements 10–12 years of experience within technology consulting, management consulting or enterprise IT. At least 5 years of PMO or project management leadership experience across Oracle Fusion Cloud or large-scale Oracle ERP/EPM programmes. Proven track record leading medium to large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations or transformation programmes. Strong understanding of the Oracle Fusion Cloud ecosystem, including Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Human Capital Management (HCM) and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM). Experience managing complex, multi-workstream programmes, ideally across multiple modules or countries. Strong understanding of programme governance, project planning, financial tracking, risk management and delivery methodologies. Demonstrable experience engaging C-suite stakeholders, steering committees and senior business leaders. Proven commercial experience supporting proposal generation, RFP responses, solution design, Statements of Work and effort estimation. Ability to balance programme delivery leadership with business development and commercial responsibilities. Preferred Experience Previous experience delivering Oracle Fusion Cloud programmes across the GCC, particularly Qatar, Saudi Arabia or the UAE. Exposure to government, utilities, F&B or large enterprise clients. Familiarity with Oracle implementation methodologies and cloud delivery models. Exposure to AI, analytics and automation initiatives within ERP/EPM environments, including workflow optimisation, reporting and business controls. Previous experience within a Big Four or specialist technology consulting firm. Experience supporting Oracle Fusion Agentic AI Studio or AI-enabled enterprise transformation initiatives. Certifications PMP or PRINCE2 certification. Agile project management certifications. Relevant Oracle Cloud certifications. Additional programme management or transformation qualifications would be advantageous.
