Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai for a Russian-speaking professional. The Real Estate Agent will actively source, list, and market luxury real estate assets, guiding clients through the full transaction cycle from initial inquiry to closing. Daily responsibilities include conducting property viewings, preparing and presenting offers, negotiating terms, and maintaining accurate documentation and records. The role involves building and nurturing a network of Russian-speaking and international clients, providing high-quality customer service, and staying informed about local market trends and investment opportunities. The agent will collaborate with internal teams to support strategic capital allocation decisions and contribute to the firm’s reputation for excellence in the luxury segment. Qualifications Possess relevant real estate credentials, including a valid Real Estate License and a strong foundation in Real Property concepts. Demonstrate solid Real Estate market knowledge, particularly in luxury properties and the Dubai real estate landscape. Exhibit strong Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and deal closing in a high-value environment. Show excellent Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on relationship-building and client satisfaction across diverse cultures. Fluent in Russian and proficient in English; additional language skills are an advantage. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with professional demeanor and attention to detail. Proven ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients and properties, and meet performance targets.
