As the exclusive partner of Yves Roche, we are looking for experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Beauty Advisor/Sales to join our Yves Roche team at City Mall. Key Responsibilities Achieve daily and monthly sales targets while contributing to overall store performance. Provide excellent customer service by understanding customers' needs and recommending suitable skincare, beauty, and personal care products. Demonstrate product features, benefits, and proper usage to customers. Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and customer loyalty. Maintain strong knowledge of Yves Rocher products, promotions, and new collections. Ensure products are properly displayed, shelves are replenished, and visual merchandising standards are maintained. Support daily store operations, including cashiering, POS transactions, stock receiving, and inventory control. Maintain store cleanliness, product hygiene, and tester presentation in accordance with brand standards. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction. Participate in promotional activities and support the achievement of store KPIs. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or personal care products. Passion for beauty and skincare, with a willingness to continuously develop product knowledge. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Good sales and upselling skills, with the ability to achieve individual and store sales targets. Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. Good understanding of retail sales KPIs and performance targets. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong attention to detail. Familiarity with POS systems and basic store operations is an advantage. Good command of Arabic and English. Flexibility to work according to mall operating hours, including weekends and holidays.
