About the role: This full-time role is dedicated to supporting daily operations within the B2B segment. The person in this position will play a key role in dispatching corporate ride requests, building and managing a fleet of drivers for corporate services, and ensuring seamless execution and follow-up of B2B operations. The role is initially assigned to an evening shift, with potential adjustments based on business needs. Responsibilities: Handle the dispatching of B2B ride requests. Build and manage a fleet of drivers dedicated to corporate services. Ensure accurate and timely follow-up on all corporate ride requests. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure high service quality. Monitor driver performance and availability for B2B rides. Assist in reporting and documentation for all B2B-related rides. Support in resolving on-ground issues related to corporate transportation Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. Preferably 6 months to 2 years of experience in operations or logistics. Fresh graduates are welcomed. Strong organisational and coordination skills with high attention to detail. Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, based on business needs. Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
