About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to help shape how ClassMate connects with students and partner brands. You’ll take an active role in managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and delivering campaigns across digital channels, creator collaborations, and on-ground activations—with responsibility for campaigns and allocated marketing budgets. Our ambition is to deliver some of the best marketing in Qatar. You’ll help turn that ambition into campaigns that get people talking, bring students onto the platform, and deliver results for our partners. Whether you’re a fresh graduate with strong ideas or already have a few years of experience, we want someone curious, proactive, and ready to take on responsibility. What You’ll Do Manage and grow ClassMate’s social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms. Plan content calendars, write captions, coordinate publishing, and engage with our online community. Develop ideas for reels, stories, videos, brand launches, and student-focused campaigns. Support content creation, including filming and coordinating shoots with creators and partners. Plan and execute marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement. Coordinate with student content creators, brand partners, designers, and production teams. Help deliver campus activations, events, and other offline marketing activities. Manage allocated campaign budgets, track spending, and recommend ways to improve results. Monitor social media and campaign performance, using insights to improve future activity. Stay close to student culture, social media trends, and new marketing opportunities. Who We’re Looking For A fresh graduate or someone with a few years of relevant marketing or social media experience. Someone who has completed their studies and is available for full-time, office-based work in Lusail. A creative thinker with strong communication and organisational skills. A good understanding of social media platforms, digital trends, and what engages young audiences. Someone eager to learn, comfortable taking initiative, and willing to test new ideas. Strong English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage. Content creation, video editing, paid advertising, or marketing analytics skills are a plus.
