The specialist will provide technical support to internal teams, diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues, and escalate complex problems when necessary. The role also involves maintaining documentation of IT procedures, supporting security and backup practices, and collaborating with other departments to optimize technology use for business processes. The specialist is expected to proactively identify areas for improvement and contribute to continuous enhancement of IT operations. Strong knowledge of network administration, cloud services, operating systems, and core cybersecurity practices.
