We’re Hiring | Accounting & Bookkeeping Supervisor ADEPTS Chartered Accountants | Abu Dhabi, UAE ADEPTS is looking for an experienced Accounting & Bookkeeping Supervisor to lead client accounting assignments, supervise team members, and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting. Key Responsibilities Supervise accounting and bookkeeping assignments for multiple clients. Review journal entries, general ledgers, reconciliations, and month-end closing. Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and cash flow reports. Review VAT workings and support corporate tax compliance. Guide junior accountants, review their work, and maintain quality standards. Coordinate with clients to resolve queries and meet reporting deadlines. Improve accounting processes and internal controls. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; ACCA, CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent qualification preferred. At least 5 years of relevant experience, including team supervision. UAE experience, preferably within an accounting or professional services firm. Sound knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, and corporate tax fundamentals. Proficiency in Excel and accounting software such as Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally, or Xero.
