Senior Mechanical Technical Office Engineer (Factory Experience)

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. 6+ years of relevant experience, specifically in manufacturing plants, industrial facilities, or factory projects. Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping systems, fire fighting, hydraulics, and industrial utility equipment. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks/Revit, MS Office, and engineering calculation software. Excellent command of English (written and spoken). Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in AutoCAD and relevant engineering software. Prepare, review, and approve mechanical shop drawings, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and specifications for factory machinery, HVAC, piping, and utility systems. Study contract documents, tender specifications, and technical submittals to ensure compliance with standards. Coordinate with procurement, production, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operational workflow. Evaluate vendor technical proposals, material submittals, and supplier quotations. Prepare progress reports, variations, cost estimations, and technical documentation. Provide technical support for installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical plant equipment.
