We're excited to be partnering with a leading institution in the UAE that is building a digital-first, AI-enabled financial services organisation from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to join at an early stage and help shape the treasury, liquidity, funding, and balance sheet management capabilities of a business with significant institutional backing and long-term ambition. If you're passionate about asset liability management, liquidity strategy, and helping build a modern bank from day one, we'd love to hear from you. About Role: As an Asset Liability & Capital Management (ALCM) Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the organisation's balance sheet governance, capital management, liquidity monitoring, and funding strategy. Working closely with Treasury, Finance, Risk, and senior leadership teams, you will help prepare and deliver the analysis, commentary, and insights that underpin Asset-Liability Committee (ALCO) decision-making. You will be responsible for supporting ALCO processes, preparing ALCO packs, analysing capital and liquidity positions, and helping establish scalable balance sheet management capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Produce the regulatory liquidity and capital ratios and the supporting returns on the required reporting cycle. Assist in preparation of the ALCO pack, bringing together balance-sheet, liquidity, funding, and capital analysis with clear commentary on movements and drivers. Calculate and monitor capital adequacy against internal thresholds and regulatory minima, flagging emerging pressures and their causes, and prepare reconciled data and analysis for incorporation into regulatory capital adequacy reporting; ownership and submission of those reports are outside the role's scope. Compile ICAAP inputs and stress-testing analysis that link risk drivers to capital and liquidity outcomes. Build and maintain the analytical models, data feeds, and reconciliations underpinning liquidity, funding, and capital analytics. Track balance-sheet exposures against structural-risk limits and maintain the early-warning indicators for liquidity and capital. Reconcile ALCM outputs with Finance and Risk sources so reporting rests on a single, auditable version of the numbers. Leverage AI-enabled tools to automate ratio production, ALCO reporting, and stress-testing analytics, continuously reducing manual effort and improving forecast accuracy. Required Experience & Skills: 6+ years in asset-liability management, balance-sheet risk, or capital and liquidity analytics within banking or financial services, with hands-on ownership of regulatory reporting (UAE experience preferred). Strong technical grounding across regulatory ratios, capital adequacy, ICAAP, and funds transfer pricing. Track record producing regulatory returns, ALCO packs, and stress-testing analysis within a regulated banking environment. Knowledge of CBUAE liquidity and capital expectations and applicable Basel liquidity and capital standards. Is able to think beyond manual ratio production and reporting; brings experience of automated or AI-enabled ALM and capital analytics; advanced balance-sheet and liquidity modelling. Qualifications & Certifications: (Preferred) Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a quantitative discipline preferred; a relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage. Progress toward a professional finance or risk certification (e.g. CFA, FRM, or PRM) is preferred. Candidates must meet CBUAE Fit & Proper requirements, and any applicable controlled-function eligibility criteria, on an ongoing basis where required. Show more Show less
