Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Agent will source and list properties, conduct property viewings, and manage negotiations between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. The role includes preparing and reviewing contracts, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with local real estate regulations. The Real Estate Agent will actively prospect for new clients, maintain a high level of market awareness, and deliver professional, timely client service throughout the transaction lifecycle. The position also involves maintaining accurate records, using real estate platforms and CRM tools, and contributing to the company’s reputation for integrity and results. Qualifications Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of Real Property regulations and practices in the UAE. Candidates should possess strong Real Estate market knowledge and experience in residential and/or commercial property transactions. Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals. Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships. Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage. Candidates should possess good organizational and time-management abilities, with proficiency in CRM systems and basic office software. Candidates should possess a results-oriented mindset, ethical professional conduct, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
