Banquet Supervisor (Female)

Supervise daily banquet operations and event service. Ensure proper setup of banquet halls according to event requirements. Brief and assign duties to banquet staff. Monitor food and beverage service standards. Coordinate with the Banquet Manager and other departments. Ensure guest satisfaction and timely service. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards. Assist in inventory control and banquet equipment handling. Prepare event reports and communicate operational concerns to management. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in banquet operations or food and beverage service within a hotel or hospitality establishment. Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred. Hands-on experience in handling banquet events, weddings, corporate functions, and meetings. Knowledge of banquet setup, food and beverage service, and guest relations.
