Enterprise Analytics & Planning Supervisor

Key Repsonsibilties: Manage, coach, and develop the CVM Senior Officer and the Enterprise Analytics & Planning Senior Officer; assign tasks, set priorities and KPIs, review their deliverables, and evaluate their performance to ensure quality, accurate, and timely outputs aligned with the segment’s business objectives. Build business cases and feasibility studies to evaluate marketing ideas from commercial and financial perspectives to ensure their profitability and contribution to the market Conduct post evaluations for all approved marketing activities and cases to compare actuals with assumptions, share results with owners, and provide recommendations accordingly Build periodical dashboards and reports that show the segments’ main KPIs and their performance to ensure being proactively alert of any potential decline in financial and non-financial KPIs Review the positioning of the company’s products compared to the competitors, and the reaction of the distributing channels according to the market changes, to ensure marinating a competitive position in the market Monitor the profitability of the products and recommend corrective actions to ensure maintaining a growing profitable business Prepare in depth analysis related to the customer base and behavior, compare trends for different periods and segments, and provide recommendations based on results to assist in maintaining a growing profitable business Participate in automating the operational work Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, or any other related field Level Of Expeirence: Advanced Experience in Pricing & Planning, Management Accounting, and Business Performance Analysis (5+ years), including at least 2 years in a supervisory or team-lead role. Technical Skills & Knowledge: Good command of data manipulation and analysis Basic knowledge of building business and financial models concepts Business related sense combining both Marketing and Finance Excellent command of computer skills (Microsoft Office) Desirable: Certifications & Licensure: CMA MBA Finance for non-finance Certification Data Analytics and Visualization Certification Essential: Tools & Systems: Power BI MS Excel & Access Desirable: Hyperion Altyrex PowerPivot AI Analytics tools Show more Show less
