Project Director

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in El-Sheikh Zaid for a Projects Director. Responsible for overseeing ongoing construction projects, leading Project Managers and engineering teams. Responsible for building and hiring engineering teams in the head office & support the teams on site. Support projects mobilization, engineering resource planning, coordination between head office and site, and the development of Bonian's delivery systems as the company expands. Main Responsibilities: Responsible for overseeing ongoing construction projects, leading Project Managers and engineering teams. Requirements: Education: BSc in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering and Management. Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience, including at least 7 years as a PM, Projects Manager, Projects Director, or Operations Manager. Core Competencies: Strong knowledge of construction execution, planning, cost control, procurement, and quality.
