You welcome guests, seat them, and set the tone for their whole visit with a warm and genuine hello. What You'll Do Welcome and seat guests warmly Handle bookings and enquiries professionally Look after regulars and special occasions Support the flow of the restaurant during service Keep guest information accurate and confidential Work closely with the floor and reservations teams What You Need Guest service experience in hospitality A warm, natural way with people Organised and calm under pressure Comfortable with booking systems Fluent English.
