Senior Commercial Engineer Ras Elhekma

Key Responsibilities  Manage the commercial and financial aspects of assigned projects or packages.  Review interim payments, variations, change orders, and final accounts.  Monitor budgets, commitments, forecasts, cash flow, and cost performance.  Assess contractor and consultant commercial submissions.  Prepare commercial reports and cost recommendations.  Support procurement, tender evaluation, and contract negotiations.  Identify commercial risks and recommend mitigation measures.  Coordinate with contracts, cost control, planning, and project management teams. Requirements  Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.  Minimum 10 years of relevant commercial-management experience.  Strong experience in cost management, payment certification, variations, and final accounts.  Experience with major infrastructure, building, marine, or utility projects.  Good knowledge of FIDIC, BOQs, and contract administration.  Previous consultancy, PMC, or PMO experience is highly preferred.  Strong Excel, reporting, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
