Customs Clearance Officer

Coordinate customs clearance for imported, exported, re-exported, and transit shipments through the relevant customs authorities Prepare and verify commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, air waybills, certificates of origin, and delivery orders Prepare and submit customs declarations through the applicable customs systems or coordinate with authorized customs brokers Ensure customs transactions follow applicable UAE customs laws, company procedures, and documentation requirements The candidate should be familiar with coordinating and obtaining approvals from relevant authorities, including Department of Economic Development (DED)- IDB – MOIAT – MOFA , FANR, MOI, MOH, MOID Supplier registration with government departments and authorities, Data entry for industrial input materials, machinery, and spare parts Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. 2–5 years of experience in customs clearance, freight forwarding, import/export operations, or logistics within the UAE Knowledge of Abu Dhabi Customs procedures and relevant UAE customs regulations Salary Range 4000 AED to 4500 AED Show more Show less
