Operations Manager

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of a manpower supply and outsourcing company. The role is responsible for managing workforce deployment, client relationships, operational efficiency, and compliance with Saudi labour regulations. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily manpower operations, including workforce deployment, mobilisation, and allocation. Manage client relationships, ensuring service delivery meets contractual requirements. Supervise operational teams and coordinate employee support services. Monitor workforce attendance, productivity, and performance across client locations. Manage operational budgets, control costs, and ensure contract profitability. Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law, employment regulations, and company policies.
