Proposal Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and coordinate technical and financial proposals in compliance with RFPs and Terms of Reference (TORs). Review tender documents, identify key requirements, and ensure accurate and timely proposal submissions. Develop proposal schedules, work plans, and milestones to meet submission deadlines. Coordinate with internal departments, sub-consultants, and external stakeholders throughout the proposal process. Review, compare, and negotiate sub-consultant offers, scopes of work, and fees. Ensure proposals comply with contractual terms, conditions, and client requirements. Maintain proposal tracking schedules and organize the company's project and proposal database. Follow up with clients on submitted proposals and support business development activities. Qualifications & Requirements: Strong experience in preparing technical and financial proposals. Good understanding of RFPs, TORs, tendering procedures, and contractual requirements. Excellent proposal writing, coordination, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple proposals and meet tight deadlines. Strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Knowledge of engineering consultancy services and project delivery processes. Show more Show less
