Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards. Oversee intercompany reconciliations and eliminate intercompany transactions and balances. Analyze financial data, investigate variances, and ensure the accuracy and consistency of group reporting. Coordinate with finance teams to ensure timely submission of financial information. Support statutory audits, internal audits, and external reporting requirements. Identify opportunities to improve consolidation workflows, reporting efficiency, and internal controls. Maintain financial documentation and ensure compliance with relevant accounting policies and regulations. 🔍 What We’re Looking For Strong knowledge of financial consolidation, group accounting, and financial reporting principles.
