Marketing Specialist

Role Description The Marketing Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based at ALQahera Pharmacies in Cairo, Egypt. The Marketing Specialist will design and implement marketing campaigns to promote pharmacy services and products, ensuring brand consistency across all channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing customer trends, coordinating with sales teams, and developing marketing strategies that drive footfall and revenue. The role involves preparing promotional materials, managing in-store and local community marketing activities, and supporting digital and social media initiatives as needed. The Marketing Specialist will also collaborate with customer service staff to enhance the overall customer experience and gather feedback to refine marketing efforts. Qualifications Candidates should graduate from faculty of pharmacy with at least 2 years as a community pharmacist. Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and external partners. Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to support promotional activities and align marketing initiatives with sales objectives. Candidates should possess basic digital literacy and familiarity with social media or online marketing tools. Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
