Human Resources Manager

At Baytonia, we believe that ambitious people create meaningful impact 🚀 We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function and help build a workplace where people grow 🌱, perform, and feel they belong 🤝 Key Responsibilities • Lead and develop the HR function across recruitment, onboarding, performance, and employee relations. • Own the full recruitment cycle: workforce planning, hiring, and onboarding of new team members. • Design and improve HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook in line with Saudi labor law. • Manage payroll inputs, leaves, attendance, and end-of-service calculations accurately and on time. • Drive performance management, goal-setting (OKRs/KPIs), and the annual review process. • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters fairly and professionally. • Build learning, development, and engagement initiatives that strengthen company culture. • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, and Muqeem. • Partner with leadership on org structure, manpower planning, and talent decisions. • Track and report HR metrics to support data-driven decisions. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role. • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and government platforms (GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem). • Proven experience across recruitment, payroll, performance, and employee relations. • Excellent communication, leadership, and people skills. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Good command of Arabic and English. • High sense of ownership, confidentiality, and professionalism.
