We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As an F&B Waiter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the high standards of our establishment. Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions about food and beverages Take accurate food and drink orders using our point-of-sale system Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner Ensure tables are set up correctly and maintained throughout service Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise Assist in side work duties such as restocking supplies and rolling silverware Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and empathetic demeanor Basic math skills for handling bills and payments accurately Knowledge of food and beverage service techniques Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive attitude Keen attention to detail Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays of food and beverages Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred High school diploma or equivalent Food handling certification preferred Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Basic English language proficiency; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus Not the right fit?
