Role Description The Real Estate Agent role at Bold Routes is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. The Real Estate Agent will support clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, including conducting property viewings, preparing and presenting listings, and advising clients on market trends and pricing. Daily responsibilities include managing client relationships, responding to inquiries, negotiating offers, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth transactions. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, staying current on local real estate regulations, and representing Bold Routes with professional communication and customer-focused service. Qualifications Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a strong understanding of Real Property regulations and practices. Candidates should possess skills in Real Estate market analysis and property valuation. Candidates should possess Sales skills, including negotiation, lead generation, and deal closing. Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and respond promptly to client needs. Relevant qualifications include strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English and Arabic, and familiarity with Cairo’s local property market. Experience with CRM tools, basic financial literacy related to real estate transactions, and a track record of meeting performance targets are beneficial.
