Role Description The Business Development Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha. We are seeking a highly motivated, commercially driven, and results-oriented Business Development Officer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving sustainable business growth across Qatar and international markets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities in local and international markets. • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business partners, stakeholders, and prospective customers. • Generate leads, arrange and conduct business meetings, and convert opportunities into successful business agreements. • Develop and implement effective business development strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives. • Research market opportunities, identify potential partnerships, and support business expansion initiatives. • Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to the company's overall commercial performance. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS • Proven experience in business development, sales, or business acquisition. • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong command of English, with excellent written and spoken communication abilities. • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and meet business targets. • Currently residing in Qatar. • Ability to develop business relationships and pursue commercial opportunities across local and international markets.
