Field Sales Specialist - Food Service - Jeddah

SITAF Food, a premium food importer and distributor serving the HoReCa and retail sectors, is looking for a Field Sales Representative to strengthen its commercial team and drive sales growth within an assigned territory. Scope of Position: The Field Sales Representative will drive daily sales performance and business growth across assigned independent accounts. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, expanding the range and volume of products purchased, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring timely collection of receivables. Key Responsibilities: Drive daily sales across assigned accounts, increasing both the variety of products purchased and sales volumes. Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer needs. Implement price changes, balancing profitability and competitiveness in line with company guidelines. Prepare and maintain customer sales forecasts to support demand planning and product availability. Build strong customer relationships through regular visits, responsive follow-up, and excellent service. Collaborate with the Hotel Channel Manager and Key Account Manager to ensure effective local execution for shared customers. Ensure timely collection of receivables through regular follow-up and coordination with Finance. Provide management with regular market insights on competitors, pricing, customer requirements, and business opportunities. Qualifications & Skills: At least three years of field sales experience within the foodservice sector. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize activities, and act with a sense of urgency. Solid understanding of customer management and sales processes.
