Senior Specialist, Awareness Communication Strategy and Planning

Key Responsibilities Contributes to the development of strategies and plans for awareness campaigns, and the preparation of related studies in coordination with the relevant entities. Contributes to the development of the awareness communication strategy. Contributes to coordinating with all relevant entities to identify the raw technical messages that help rationalize energy consumption and transform them into engaging messages for the target audience. Establishes a comprehensive understanding of the overall strategic direction of awareness communication, in addition to the strategic objectives, within the context of strategic content and key communication messages. Develops key performance indicators (KPIs) and contributes to the development and monitoring process. Contributes to identifying target audiences, prioritizing them, and determining the optimal means of reaching each segment to influence them. Develops and analyzes research and studies related to awareness communication campaigns. Prepares periodic reports on the department's activities, achievements, and suggestions for improving its performance. Complies with work rules and conduct, cybersecurity policies, and the procedures of the organizational unit. Performs any other tasks assigned by direct supervisors.
